Matrix
The matrix Standard is a national standard we use to evaluate and improve our Information, Advice and Guidance Services. We strive to provide our clients with a quality service that assists them in making use of information, exploring choices they have, and helps them develop an action plan for learning and work. Matrix also provides us with the tools to continuously evaluate and improve how we deliver and manage our service.
We aim to get regular feedback from our clients and we always like to hear their experiences of our service. We first received matrix accreditation in 2004, then passed a successful review in 2007 and are due for a further review (every 3 yrs is standard practice) in July 2010. We'd like to share with you one of our major strengths from our last review in July 2007. Matrix told us that:
“Without exception, all clients cited the support and encouragement provided by MKWWG as being above and beyond what they had expected of the service, thus giving them time and opportunity to consider their individual needs. ” (July 2007)
